CHI’s Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccination Policy - Updated September 20, 2021

Your Safety is Our Top Priority

To ensure maximum safety, CHI has instituted a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy across all of our events.

All in-person participants must be fully vaccinated to enter the event space. In addition, the city of Boston is currently under a mask mandate for all indoor spaces.

We have partnered with Health Pass by CLEAR to provide easy proof of COVID vaccination for safe, fast entry into our events. We feel it is our community duty to ensure CHI events are part of the COVID-19 solution to reopening safely. We are confident the scientific community, which developed the vaccine in record time, will rally behind us on this first-of-its-kind policy.

Attendees that cannot participate because of this policy, or due to travel restrictions, are encouraged to participate using our highly praised virtual event platform. Our virtual events are designed to provide you with an in-person experience at your convenience, anywhere, anytime.

What additional safety protocols will you be instituting onsite?

CHI will follow all local guidelines. The city of Boston has a mask mandate in place for all indoor spaces. Please plan to wear a mask everywhere inside the event space (except while eating).

Will CHI have increased cleaning protocols?

We will follow the guidelines as regulated by state and local governments.

How should we greet and meet our fellow attendees?

Please follow state and local guidelines as well as your personal comfort level.

What does “fully vaccinated” mean?
According to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), people are considered fully vaccinated two weeks after their last vaccine does. If you received a single dose vaccine (ie, Johnson & Johnson), you are fully vaccinated two weeks after your shot.
